It all started in July 2018, when we purchased a farm down the road from where we live. Brett had always dreamed of having a pond and he thought this would be the perfect place to dig one. So the excavation began! The pond quickly filled up and during the summer of 2019 we were able to enjoy it! Then, Covid hit. Many of our friends purchased campers and we made the pond into our own version of a camp ground (it actually resembled more of a summer camp!)

 

From there, we talked and dreamt about a building where our friends and family could all come and gather; thus The Gathering Place was born.

 

Here we are, after two long years of planning and building, excited to share TGP with friends, family, and new acquaintances who wish to make new memories here! We hope you find our venue inviting and memorable for whatever event you have planned!
